TURBO-Lease offers the below add on modules for users who have needs beyond a normal lease portfolio. Add on modules can be purchased at any time and are a one time purchase. Each module will increase your support contract price. Please see the support pricing tab or download the pricing sheet from the product pricing tab for details.

Simple Interest Loans

Leasing and lending are similar enough, that this module will enhance TURBO-Lease so it can be used to service simple interest loans. A cash amortization report will display traditional principal and interest application as payments are received. A 365 day calendar is used. The interest rate may be adjusted as the loan progresses. This module also provides a monthly interest income report and the ability to assess late charges. If your company does simple lending, then consider purchasing this module.

Asset Tracking

This module is designed to efficiently track your multi-asset leases. Record all the information about an asset such as description, model number, serial number, vendor, cost, UCC file dates, insurance information and location. This module also provides asset specific reports. There is a depreciation report to track depreciation at the asset level. There is a asset location report that is to be used for the reporting of property tax at the asset level. There is a UCC expiration date report to track UCC information. If the asset is sold, simply record the sold date and sold amount, and a report will provide a gain/loss calculation. If your company has multi asset leases, then consider purchasing this module.

Notes Payable

Use this module to track notes payable to any funding source. Enter in the start date, term, principal, total payable and a payment schedule will be created. Many leases may then be assigned to a note. There are additional reports to reflect the amortization of the note, payable, principal, interest and the note to lease relationship for comparison of cash flows. If your company has many leases per note, then consider purchasing this module.

ACH Processing

Your company may offer a direct withdrawal payment plan. The ACH (Automated Clearing House) module will create a transaction file to be sent to a bank. A bank will then process this file and directly withdraw payments from a lessee account. Standard ACH/NACHA processing rules are followed. If your company would like to ACH payments, then consider purchasing this module.

Sales Tax Import

We have partnered with CCH (see 3rd party integration page) to offer a sales tax rate database import. If your company does business in many states, keeping up to date on the changing sales tax rates can be a mess. With this module, TURBO-Lease will translate the city, county, state and zip code information into a geocode and present you with a sales tax rate for the lease. Sales tax receipts are then reported by jurisdiction on a cash or accrual basis. If your company does business in many states, then consider purchasing this module.

GL Interface

This module will create a monthly data file composed of debit and credit entries to be imported into popular general ledger accounting packages. Eliminate duplicate data entry and reduce the chance of errors. There are links to AccPac, Solomon, DacEasy and QuickBooks. We are open to adding more links.
